The advertising industry has been facing the same issue for over 50 years. A lack of diversity. 80% of Creative Directors in the industry are male, which means that there are as little as 11% of females in lead creative roles. 

So how can we help change the ad industry? It’s simple. We speak in a language creatives will understand, colour. 

If blue is the colour of man, and pink for women, why can’t purple be the colour of equal?
